To tell the truth whether the CHUPACABRA exists or not we are not certain for sure, but we still have to deal with the facts and speculate.
In Puerto Rico in the early 1970's there were goats and cows being killed in the town of Moca by the draining of there blood from their bodies, the only evidence of harm or intrusion were 2 precise puncture wounds that if we didn't know any better could be said to have been made by a vampire. So hence the name Vampiro de Moca (Moca's Vampire). These event's occurred for about 6 months with all sorts of speculation. Whatever it was, caught the eye of the media and the public. The attacks stop and so did the news coverage and nothing more was said.
There were isolated events heard of but not paid much attention to until 1990. In 1990 the events started taking a shaper view. This time the prime target were goats so hence it's modern name CHUBACABRAS (Goat sucker). This time around there were eye witnesses to the creature. The drawing at the beginning of the page is a very good sketch of the eyewitness accounts all around PR before it was ever published or announced, so you see I have to be a believer. So many different people from all over the island and the creature's features never changed. The most striking fact were the people giving the account, from our humble jibaros (Hillbillies) to state patrol officials and businessmen, so all we can say is FOR REAL or Hell of a Hoaxes. Still we had the dead goats with most of the blood gone, no blood stains on the premises and 2 precise puncture wounds. So this is for real there is something or someone out there.
